HDMI-CEC issues

Hello,
I updated my XBMC to gotham and after the update, hdmi-cec isnt working anymore.

cec-client is working and sees my TV but xbmc doesnt do anything and my TV cant see the wandboard with xbmc running.

So now I recognized a really strange behaviour:

When I kill xbmc and then start cec-client and let it running I have to start xbmc and while xbmc is starting I have to kill the cec-client and hdmi-cec is working with my wandboard running xbmc.

What could be the problem?

WHich logs I could use to determine the reason for this behaviour?
